Great post! I’m on board with your points on .EX4 files and the importance of transition them into .MQ4. With MQ4, you obtain complete control to edit the source code, and that’s a big plus for traders.

I’ve personally transitioned several .ex4 to mq4 files to MQ4 in the past, and it’s without a doubt made a huge difference in how I fine-tune my trading strategies. If anyone’s considering this, it’s worth it! Being able to access to the editable source code lets you customize it exactly the way you want.
